The following is the covering Data Protection Statement that Technology Means Business fully adheres to:

I T Forum Foundation is registered to the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such has committed to follow the eight principles laid out in the Act. Any data supplied by an individual to Technology Means Business and/or the Institute will not be used in a manner, which is contrary to these principles. Data will be used for the purposes of candidate registration, the gaining and continuation of Technology Means Business Accreditation and the dissemination of information related to this process. Data will be held in a secure manner, protected from unauthorised access and use and not be passed to a third party unless the positive assent is first obtained from any individual directly affected. Technology Means Business and the Institute recognise the rights of an individual and will ensure they are fully complied with.
